If you haven’t already, I want to encourage you to start your day by thanking God and spending time with Him.
I don’t know what your routine looks like…maybe it’s prayer, reading your Bible, listening to worship music, sitting still in His presence, or simply talking to Him. However it happens, just make space for Him. It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s time with God, because He’s not after a performance, He’s after your presence.
You don’t have to pretend with God. You don’t need to put on a mask. You don’t need a title, a clean record, or a fancy prayer. Just show up as you are.
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
I want to remind you of something today, and I pray you really receive it: God loves you. And I mean really loves you. Not just in a general, distant way. He loves you specifically, right now, as you are.
You want to see a miracle?
Stand up. Walk to the nearest mirror. Look in it.
There it is: the miracle God made. It’s you.
You’ve been praying for a breakthrough, for something to change, for a sign that you're on the right path. Let this be your sign: you are not forgotten. You are the miracle in motion.
You are also one decision away from stepping into the life God has been preparing for you. It starts with a choice; the moment you decide that you’re ready to believe what God says about you is true.
If you’re struggling to believe that, take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Picture your younger self. What would you tell them?
I’d tell mine: “Don’t be so hard on yourself. You’re going to make mistakes, and it’s okay. Learn from them. Forgive quickly. Love deeply. Be kind to yourself. And always trust God, especially when it feels like He’s silent. Because He’s not. He’s listening. You’re going to be okay.”
Because here’s the truth: You will have victories and failures. You’ll win some and lose some. People will come and go. But God will always remain. He is the constant in a world full of change. He’s the One whose love doesn’t waver.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” – Hebrews 13:8
So stop measuring your worth by someone else’s expectations. Stop letting people’s opinions define your value. You don’t need their validation when you already have God’s approval.
You are not their label. You are God’s masterpiece.
“You are fearfully and wonderfully made.” – Psalm 139:14
Today, stop beating yourself up because you don’t fit into everyone’s box. God never asked you to. You were handpicked, set apart, and called by name, and yes, that comes with a heavy assignment sometimes. Not everyone can walk the road you’re called to… and that’s okay.
When I think about God, the first word that comes to my heart is love — and then sacrifice.
Because that’s what Jesus did. He loved you so much that He gave up everything to bring you back into relationship with the Father. He went to the cross for you, not just to save your soul, but so you could live free.
Free from guilt.
Free from shame.
Free from trying to be perfect.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36
Don’t ignore the gift. Embrace it. He gave His life so you could finally start living yours, healed, whole, forgiven, and full of purpose.
You were not made to just survive; you were made to thrive in the freedom of His love.
So today, walk in that freedom.
Smile. Breathe. Look in the mirror again and say it out loud: “I am loved. I am chosen. I am a miracle. I am God’s.”
Let’s Pray Together
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for waking me up this morning. Thank You for loving me, even when I struggle to love myself. Thank You for calling me worthy when I’ve called myself unqualified. Forgive me for the times I’ve doubted my value. Forgive me for comparing, hiding, or pretending. Today, I choose to believe Your truth over every lie.
Help me to see myself the way You see me. fearfully and wonderfully made, chosen, loved, and called. Remind me that I’m not just trying to make it through life… I’m walking out a purpose that You designed before I was even born.
Thank You, Jesus, for going to the cross for me. Thank You for breaking every chain, tearing every wall down, and making a way for me to live free. I receive Your love. I receive Your grace. I receive the life You died to give me.
